Med A Quest has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join one of the fastest growing Home Health agencies in the State of New Jersey.
The successful candidate for this part to full-time position will be professional, efficient, and have a passion to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and home health aides
- Conduct in-home assessments as needed
- Assume nursing administrative responsibilities
- Ensure accurate documentation of observations and evaluations
- Provide the highest level of customer service – resulting in new consumer engagements
- Address concerns with families and their Care Managers
- Ability to travel to engagements as required
- Initiate and receive phone calls on the company cell phone
Requirements
- BSN – Registered Nurse – Supervisory experience preferred
- 3-5 years of home care experience
- Must be extremely organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ensure accurate documentation of observations and evaluations
- Ability to travel to engagements as needed
- Must be a team player and have the willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Proficient in MS Office
