Daniel Kelly
Chief Executive Officer
Dan was raised in North Jersey and has been a South Jersey resident since his college days. He came to Community Quest in 1993 from Easter Seals and has proudly watched the company grow. After forming Med A Quest as a subsidiary to Community Quest in 2007, “we now have a multifaceted company that services residents throughout the entire state. The next years are sure to be exciting and growth filled as have been the prior years, so stay tuned!”
Kerrie Kelly
Founding CFO & Executive Director
Having grown up in Northfield, Kerrie’s been a local resident to this area most of her life. She joined the Community Quest, Inc. team in 2004 as VP of Finance. She is a founding member of Med A Quest, LLC. and is now the CFO and Executive Director of both Community Quest, Inc. and Med A Quest, LLC.
Mark Sobiech
Director of Operations
Mark started at Med A Quest in 2018 as a Part-Time Recruiter. After subsequent promotions to Senior Recruiter and Director of Recruitment, Mark was promoted to Director of Operations in 2021. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Management from Penn State University. He has a passion for identifying ways to improve efficiency, increase production, and growing the Med A Quest brand. Mark resides in Ocean County, NJ with his wife, dog, and two cats. Outside of work he enjoys sports, movies, household projects, and weekend beach visits.
Danna Scardino
Director of Compliance & PT Services
Danna joined Med A Quest in 2020. Her experience in Home Health and Physical Therapy have helped enable her to become the Director of Physical Therapy Services and Compliance. She is currently pursuing a degree in higher education. She has two grown daughters and is a lifelong local resident of Atlantic County. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family and being outdoors biking, hiking, and paddle boarding.
Kelli Everland
Account Executive
Kelli has been with Med A Quest since September 2018. She initially worked as a Caregiver and decided to develop her skill-set in an administrative setting. She was then hired as an Account Executive. Kelli graduated from Stockton University, Magna Cum Laude, with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Gerontology. Kelli has a passion for helping individuals in need. She utilizes her previous caregiving experience to hire only the best caregivers for our clients. Kelli resides in Atlantic County, NJ with her fiancé, daughter, step-son, a dog, and 2 cats. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, dancing, listening to music, going to the movies, and watching her daughter perform in plays and musicals.
Tamia Anderson
Account Executive
Tamia has been with Med A Quest since September 2020. She graduated from Ocean City High School in 2006. Soon after graduating high school, she went to work in the casino industry as a customer service representative at Borgata Casino and Spa. After ten years of service, Tamia decided she wanted to work in recruiting. Her passion for helping others is what led her to Med A Quest. She stated that “I now feel like my purpose in life has been fulfilled because I’m able to make a difference in the lives of others.” In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite hobby is one that’s quite popular, she loves to shop!
