Registered Nurse – Home Health

Med A Quest has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join one of the fastest growing Home Health agencies in the State of New Jersey.

The successful candidate for this part to full-time position will be professional, efficient, and have a passion to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and home health aides
  • Conduct in-home assessments as needed
  • Assume nursing administrative responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate documentation of observations and evaluations
  • Provide the highest level of customer service – resulting in new consumer engagements
  • Address concerns with families and their Care Managers
  • Ability to travel to engagements as required
  • Initiate and receive phone calls on the company cell phone


  • BSN – Registered Nurse – Supervisory experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of home care experience
  • Must be extremely organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ensure accurate documentation of observations and evaluations
  • Ability to travel to engagements as needed
  • Must be a team player and have the willingness to learn and grow within the organization
  • Proficient in MS Office

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Med A Quest is hiring CHHA’s in multiple counties.

Duties include:

  • Monitor patient health and maintain up-to-date records of patient physical/mental condition
  • Provide services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompany the patient to doctors visits and other outings
  • Assist the patient in and out of bed, the bathroom, chairs and wheelchairs, and cars
  • Discuss patient progress with the case manager

Caregiver – Multiple Counties

Positions available in: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Monmouth and Ocean Counties. 

A Caregiver’s responsibility may include:

  • Assisting consumers with daily living and personal care/basic needs
  • Help with transporting and toileting
  • Maintain open communication between consumers and their families
  • Accompany/transport consumers within the community
  • Ensure highest client safety and well-being.


  • Part-time positions, hours vary


  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Use of personal vehicle – mileage reimbursement provided
  • Driving record in good standing


  • CPR/First Aid preferred or certification can be arranged
